Add items to the shopping cart → checkout → choose Location → fill information → send → complete shopping
Shipping Fee
We offer worldwide shipping. All overseas shipments will be shipped by the Taiwan post office with international economy shipping, except for Hong Kong and Macao where we ship with S.F. Express. The shipping fee is fixed at NT$200.
You will receive an e-mail containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped from our distribution center, approx. 3-4 business days from order date

Europe / America (12-16 business days)
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
All customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Unfortunately, we cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
Returns
You can return any item purchased on DaCore within 30 days of the delivery date for no reason. Please contact us via email within the specified time (10 working days after the day you receive your purchase).
At the moment we are not able to provide our customers with a pre-printed return label. Please ship your parcel back to our distribution center with a shipping service of your choice and at your expense.

Refunds
To protect personal hygiene and safety use, these products were sealed package, if your return item's seal has been broken, we will charge a handling fee of NT$ 200. After deducting the handling fee of NT$ 200, the remaining fully refund.
Once your parcel reaches our distribution center, please allow 3 to 7 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed, and your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
